I called Stacey to talk about listing our house for sale. We had some money troubles and needed to downsize but we were afraid of the down market. Stacey told us she knew of a couple that were looking with their agent in our neighborhood and she wanted to show them the house. She did and we were fastest sale of the year. We were on the market for 1 hour. I thank her for her sensitivity towards us and our situation and I cannot thank her enough for her quick thinking and sharp negotiating. |

When my brother Mark and I were looking for land we found Stacey on the internet and began a relationship that was strictly online for 3 months. When I saw this spot on Stacey's website I had to write. She sold my condo so fast I was amazed. It had expired with another agency and I was very disappointed and skeptical. Stacey said give me 2 months to see a difference so I took a chance and thank GOD! I had more showings in the first 3 weeks than I had in 6 mos with the other agent! I listed it in Jan and moved out on the last Tuesday in March. I am a believer. |
